    -8 cups ( plus ) chop'd pumpkin ( fresh or frozen )

    -6 large ( + ) yellow potatoes chop'd

    -1 3/4 cups red lentil ( washed )

    -1/4 teasp ( + ) ground nutmeg

    -1/4 teasp ( + ) ground clove

    -1 1/2 inch freshly grated ginger

    -1 large onion chop'd

    -Salt to taste & cracked black pepper

    -4 tbsp ( + ) cold pressed olive oil

    -7 cups ( + ) water

    -chili flakes ( optional ) Great to eat the body 🙂

    -4 to 5 Garlic cloves

    -1 teasp dehydrated Oregano

    -1 mandarin ( fruit only )

    -drizzle of dark maple syrup

    -zest of 1 mandarin
