Cilantro will make or break barbacoa tacos imo. And green spaghetti.
I also have that oh no I'm over 30 box in my room.
And the Medication Station I made at work that has all that plus dramamine.

Someone in chat has commented on it when Mal was cutting the chicken, but Stephen, could you maybe frame things so we can see Mal cutting things in the future? I noticed it's not the first time in these streams that we can't see that part and I would appreciate seeing the process a bit more than having Mal's face perfectly in the middle 😂Thanks either way <3

Other than that, it has been a joy to see another of these streams, thanks for demonstrating another delicious looking recipe <3

Man, these cooking streams show just how well the surgery worked out for Mal. She just seems so much more excited and full of energy since the surgery ❤️ I've been loving the cooking streams! MALSWEEP

haven't tried the recipe (I don't have an instant pot) but I wanted to say that I appreciate you using a reasonable amount of garlic, and not, like, 2 cloves. 😆

I've seen folks make whipped cream and mashed potatoes with a beater blade attached to either clean power drills or impact drivers. You can probably do immersion blending if you have a proper cover to protect the drill or impact.

Love butter chicken and I think it's great you two have gotten into Indian food. Mind you there are a million interpretations of butter chicken, my favourite shop-bought version is this one where the spice mix is made in Tipton near Birmingham (the UK original Birmingham) and it's a bit spicier than the norm.
