Sorry chef Ranveer you are totally mistaken ..kofta has been in India for time immemorial…South India mai kofta ka sambar, curry etc spicy versions bannya hai …rajasthan mai gatte ki sabzi kofta ka version hai…UP mai banta hai aur Andhra mai bhi iske spicy veg versions ancient dishes hai…..yeh aapka nahi…culinary school ka problem hai sir. I tried this recipe today…with out the onion…..very very silky
