I’ve been using instant mashed potatoes for potato soup for years. If I just want potato soup I’ll add a can of diced potatoes. Then top with cheese and packaged bacon pieces. If I add corn it corn chowder, mixed veg and it’s veggie chowder. Love the garlic ones. Also the plain are great to thicken other. Soups if you can’t make a slurry. Thanks for sharing!

Looks great. I'm prepping meals for blackouts, we lose power often. After losing much frozen food over the years, I started dehydrating bags of frozen mixed veggies like you use here. I also have those dehydrated potatoes, but I never thought about making potato soup! This would be a welcomed warm meal, plus an easy one to make on our camp stove. Thank you.
