Well… admittedly I've tried many homemade pie crusts and liked NONE 🥺… as a 54 yr old Grandmother 👵… I've admitted delete in finding my erfectly flaky slightly sweet Pie Crust… However ☝️… this one seems hopeful and I'm willing to try again… but I do want to use Butter Flavor Crisco, which is Vegan,.. so says Goodle anyway lol. . I think it will lend a nice flavor combined w your technique… looks delish.. I could use a good Chikun Pot Pie recipe. Thanks for Sharing
