    Thank you for another fine recipe. As you always seem to have a suggestion for alternatives when it comes to your proposed ingredients, I wonder what substitute I could use for the plantain. I live in an area where it is hard to come by plantains.

    I missed this! Since my pregnancy I have not been making seitan because of nausea. So its been 6 months now… but my husband was asking when ill be making it again. So I can't wait to buy plantains and try this out! 😄😃 it looks delicious
