Tried your super tender chicken ginger scallion recipe for my family dinner tonight. SIMPLY DELECIOUS ! After prep chicken from bowl to plate, I keep in the refrigerator for 2-3hrs. Chill the chicken down like a cold-cut dish. I add some sesame oil to enhance the taste.

Thank you for your video. It was very helpful especially on the alternative ways of making the sauce for the chicken. I do have a question for you. Is there any change in the steps if I were to use frozen whole chicken instead of fresh chicken?

Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. Will definitely try this out. And since the wet markets are still selling such high prices despite the import from Malaysia, I will not support them anymore. Buy fresh chicken from supermarkets !
