You have the rack upside down, the "wings" you are using for feet is actually the handle so you can lift things out. That said, great idea, I did it with frozen rolls and it came out perfectly.

Very nice Rick, would that size fit in my Cuisinart 6 qt?? hell I like that way of cooking it if people want to add a little more color set your oven on broil and brown it, your bread had a nice color to me.

If you were going to buy an electric pressure cooker, what size would you recommend and what brand? I have a family of 3 (2 really big boys). Do you notice much of a cooking size difference between a 6 and 8 quart cooker? Love your vids!!!

I wonder how long it would take to thaw the bread in that without killing the yeast so as to turn it off and see if it will rise more? Does it have a low heat setting?

Hello, the rack in the Instant Pot has little feet ? that go on the bottom of pot and the two handles can sit up so you wouldn't need a foil sling.
