I find Barilla gluten free pasta to be delicious and easy to cook. It’s also very consistent.

Do you have an Ocean State Job Lot near you,, they sell the GF Pasta and a Bunch of Bob's Red Mill Products,,, way cheaper that the Food Store!! 😉
yes, this look very good! I had some bad experience when first diagnosed – the pasta I tried was lousy. Now we have great options.

Thank you Lyndsay!! I can't believe that it took me a year to make this,,, I did my normal Cheese sauce just replacing the flour with GF and the Pasta with GF,, My Son was beyond thrilled,,, nothing like comfort food! 😉

Thank you Cathy.. I have been GF one year in Feb,, I don't know why I didnt think to make this earlier,, as we all missed it! All I had to do was use GF Pasta and use GF Flour for the Roux.. My Son was so excited,, thanks for watching,, have a great weekend!
