I just want you to know Nagi, that you are THE BEST! You make the kind of food that speaks right to my heart. And the kind that I want to make/eat every day. Wish we were friends and could cook together. At least once a week! 😋 Thank you for all you do for us! Love your stories, humor and Dozer!

This looks so good. I was just about to look for a pizza/calzone recipe to do for my husband's lunch boxes. Am going to try this one straight away. Thank you.
Edit to say: I really did make it straight away and it's lovely. I actually had all the ingredients as I was about to make some sort of pizza. The crust is just nicely thick and although not like bread, isn't cake like either and the mixed in cheese give it a nice savoury chew

I like most of your vids/recipes, but this is a weird batter rather than a pizza dough. I'll stick with a yeast dough for Detroit/Sicilian style rectangular pan pizza. Do a vid on how to make meat Bialys, please!!
