Great videos, my blood pressure medication, Edarbyclor, did something to my kidneys in February, 2021 and my GFR went down to 48. Just had labs done in July 2021 and my GFR went up to 90. My nephrologist said that this medication made my blood pressure wildly go up and down and to stop taking it.

Sorry I missed this broadcast! Speaking of the spaghetti squash: have you tried using shiratake/tofu noodles (like the ones from House Foods) as a pasta swap? I used it when I was on WW years ago, as a zero-point food swap, but just realized the low protein/net carbs makes it a good swap for my renal diet too.

Thank you so much James for asking Jen my onion question. I've eaten them since I was a child. I just wanted to make sure onions didnt have a high amount of oxalates or could do my kidneys more damage. Now I can enjoy my onions for the rest of my life ♡
