Hey 🙂 I like how how hard you work on your road to weight loss, because you motivate others to work hard! New subscriber to your channel ❤️ love to help each other grow more
I am THE very same way. Been same weight for past month and half. Cannot get rid of this 4 pounds that have crept up on me. I do take a lot of meds too and retain fluids. So I am not one of those people that can drink a gallon of water a day. I actually have to cut back on fluid intake sometimes. We just need to keep working the program. I did agree it sure is frustrating and we don't have to like it, smiley face
Just a number KIm…when health problems are involved it is tricky…just keep doing the best you can each day…that is all we can do on our health journey….
Girl u got this u and David u both are strong devil has no control rebuke him u right about those scale I think they be malfunction sometime so to let u and David no yall are one of my favorite couples always love all fyi ,tag tuesday, etc yall doing a great job on yall channel keep up all the great work and things yall doing on yall channel keep on putting God first and everything else will fall in place let go let God yall got this. Cause God got us miss the little beared dragon take care kimmie and David hello to u and all the family God bless u all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel your frustration Kim. I also take a med that causes weight gain and it does get cause some frustration and depression as well. The only thing to do is keep on going and do the best you can. Love ya. Hugs to David. It’s a tough place to be.
If you move your scale you have to recalibrate it every time by setting it to zero (put a foot on it or something) and letting it clear. Then weigh yourself.
You have the right attitude-just keep on keeping on and all will work out. Keeping you, David and your family in my thoughts and prayers. You are correct, “adulting” is neither easy or fun.
I think sometimes, just feeling better, is a reward also. My scales roll up and down from 3-10. have you tape measured yourself. I am thinking of trying that
I feel your frustration and I'm telling you, you are doing great and I know you'll just keep on truckin'! 😉 There is no rhyme or reason on the path to weight loss and sometimes, ya just have to take one on the chin. ❤️ I take a B12 (Garden of Life by mykind Organic), but it's a spray that you take under the tongue – it's a little pricey ($14.95 on Amazon) , but (to me) it's better than having to swallow another pill. Will add David to my prayers. 🙏🏻 You hang in there!
Liquid B12 is a little more expensive but it works great there is also B12 tab melts under tongue (sublingual) the caps you swallow don’t work as well. My expertise comes from being a clerk in a health food store.😂
Watch your salt and sodium intake cause it will also cause you to hold water weight. It will work I know I don't get over 2.of sodium a day.and it keeps me from swelling and holding fluid. Best wishes for a better tomorrow.
First off here is a big virtual 🤗! Second, my unsolicited opinion is you that are at war with your body. Your body is going, “ hey what the heck are you doing? We want xx and yy. We know if we do this she will throw in the towel and give us what we want. Play the long game, and stick to your plan for the next few weeks and see what happens. As hard as it is, don’t let the scale intimidate you into self sabotaging. I have been seeing lots of you tubers talking about consistency is the key. Keep working the plan regardless of what your scale says. Your scale will catch up and your numbers at the doctors office will keep improving. I hope I haven’t stepped out of line, but I so want to see you keep moving towards your goals. ❤️💪
You know from experience that your weight will even out if you keep doing things right. It's so frustrating to gain for such reasons as meds! Give David a hug. We had to make those same decisions with our mom a few years ago. It's the hardest thing we ever did but we all believe that we had her longer and with a better quality of life because of the decision we made. She was a people person which made it much easier all around.
I think you were looking for the word accurate about the scale. I weigh once a week on Thursday morning between 10-10:30~~~Sandy
