I just discovered your channel recently and playing around with lower carbs is something I've been wanting to do for a while now, so thank you for highlighting all of the normal foods I could still potentially enjoy were I to do so.
I have a question for you. On I think it was week 3's grocery haul you mentioned using coconut wraps for making pizzas, do they have a coconutty flavor? I had another one, but I forget what it was lol.
Thank you also for reminding us all to not let other people make us feel bad for what we're eating. It's nobody's business but our own and I appreciate that you follow a lower carb diet/lifestyle without fearing things that are legitimately good for you, like fruits and veggies! Hey Nicole! I read that if you add a couple of real whites from eggs into packaged egg whites it makes all the difference when whipping them into stiff peaks.

Morning friend! Yolks turn lighter in the summer due to the heat. It’s not necessarily a nutritional change in the make up of the egg but the summer heat. My girls eggs change in summer. Hope that helps! Love ya!

You could also turn the juice boxes into frozen juice pops by putting them in the freezer. Just another idea of frozen treats for the boys

Ive noticed the Happy Eggs haven't been that deep orange lately since they changed the packaging because of the lawsuit from the Organic Organization accusing them of not being real pasture raised. They have a huge lawsuit against Happy Egg Co for lying in their advertising and marketing.

I love the organic blueberries frozen from Walmart. But they are out of them at all three stores near me!
The halo top bars also have a strawberry swirl flavor. And at my Wal-Mart I also saw halo top lime fruit and mango fruit bars at 35 calories each.
