Egg prices are high because of greed nothing more. Companies using fewer workers means companies have less overhead and have fewer wages to pay out but fewer workers mean less profit so they fix that by raising prices. But what about the local farms, 🚜 why are they raising prices? capitalism am I right.

I've done egg bites in my instant pot… My silly picky husband loved them – until I told him they had cottage cheese in them, he decided they were "healthy" and then didn't like them any more… Yeah he's ridiculous!

Daughters gave me one for Christmas. Used it once. I found it to be more effort than just using a pan to make eggs. Also doesn't make a big enough serving for me. I'd probably want 10-12 of these for a meal. I don't recommend.

Blending up cottage cheese makes it very similar to ricotta and a great healthier substitute in dishes like lasagna. I blend it and use in place of cream cheese sometimes like spread on a bagel.. or instead of sour cream in chili or on a potato… it is super healthy… I don’t mind the texture if it lumpy though…

I try to make egg bites but in a muffin tin in the oven. They turn out tough but i think the water and steam must help that. I do Keto so i think ill hvae to check them out. I buy the two pks made up at the store for a fast breakfast. But they are like 5.89 for a pk of two in them.

Pretty sure I have about a half a dozen of these lying around somewhere, probably down the basement in the storage area. I don’t believe I ever used any of them yet. But that does look good. Might have to give it a shot. Thanks. 👍

I watched this video while waiting to pick my son up from school and had to have one, So i stopped at a target on my way home and got one. I never had the Starbucks one but I've tried making these in a cupcake tin and the damn thing always sticks, no matter if i sprayed cooking spray or not. I wanna make a bunch of these and put them in the fridge and warm some up and eat on my way to work.

Always wanted some of their products, but like you said, they need device with plates to swap out. In no way am I willing to buy each device I like. My kitchen isn't that small, but cabinet space is already full, so I haven't bought any of them.

To this day, I can't get past the appearance of cottage cheese. Never even tried it. It looks like bleached brains in milk. But I do like my Dash griddle which makes eggs super fast.
