I would have added cumin and some thickness with a little flour over meat, stirring and then sauces.
I like to do it old school and use a pot on the stove top. lol. I use just enough liquid to cover the top of the pork and after boiling I simmer and reduce after to make it thicker. I was thinking id throw in some xanthan gum but didn't need to as it became the consistency of stew. Also safeway by my home carries low carb tortillas now so its game on. After watching this I think an instapot is way easier lol. Aloha
Does the pork come out soft? Sometimes my pork comes out rough :/
