Will you please give your opinion on the "Happy Places" candles and Body Spray after you use them. I'm even down for a video like you used to do with the empty bottles, (self-care info), yes OG here, all the way back to DT and coupons! I so wish we had an Aldi's here.
I am having trouble finding good candles with a good throw. Dollar General has a few good candles. The Ollie's store here has the Yankee Candles for about $ 8.00 ($ 18.00 at Walmart). The Rose (something) smell in Yankee Candle has a fabulous throw. If you are not a fan of Rose fragrance, do not get it. Two Rose candles lit in my house, makes the whole house smell wonderful. I know candles are not, grocery haul related, but it is part of my Self-Care. I love a good candle or incense/essential oil smell in my house, especially when you are working out at home or to use as a pre set up for a Yoga/Mobility session. If and when you have time, give a shout out about the best candles and body spray, you have tried thus far (video or live, hint, hint!).
Let's talk about GAS prices! It is literally killing me Smalls!!! Our gas prices in South MS are at: $ 4.33 a gallon, which is the lowest, the highest as of today is: $ 4.45. One place I noticed this am, on the way to work, it was $ 4.69 for Regular! I have limited my gym time due to gas. I now work out at home now a lot more and hit the gym on Fridays and Monday or Tuesday (basically leg day or just stress relief workout and sauna time). I do walk at lunch more, yes, even in this 98 degree heat and humidity. My office is a Meat Locker, so the heat feels good, plus I am getting my steps in. I listen to you while I'm at my desk working. Your vids are my personal Pod Cast favs!!! Keep em coming please.

You have to catch Bath and body works when they have their $3 and $5 sales and stock up. I never pay full price for their products. I have spent $50-$60 in there and have so much smell good that last a year or so. Less when my youngest was still at home. When he became a teenager he would use mine. He didn't care that they were scents for females
If you haven't been to your Aldi yet…check out the Dietz & Watson chicken sausage in the cold "special buy" section…only 70-80 calories per link and super delish!

Chicken breast are crazy here. 2.97lb at Walmart. Any where else 4 plus. I wish my sams club was closer. But gas over 5 a gallon not going too far!

Hey Nicole, I loved those Fiber One Cookies when I was on Weight Watchers. Also something people on Weight Watchers do is take green grapes and sprinkle SF Jello Gelatin on them and put in the freezer for an hour, omg the bomb lol. The Lime and the Strawberry is my favorite. Takes away cravings. And I love the Felicia combo. I bought the Turkey Bacon she uses at Walmart and it's actually really good
