I’m from north Mississippi but in 2006 I worked the gulf coast area for a couple years after Katrina. I remember those guys cooking shrimp and crawfish in the big pots with the built in screen strainers. They would always add a couple sticks of butter. They claimed it made them peel easier. What’s your take on that?
