    Oh how I wish I loved to clean. I hate, hate, hate, to clean. Have to make myself do it and hate every minute. And, it's something that has to be done continually to keep up.

    Such great advice about getting your food in even if one thinks it's late. I also love to clean. I put on my wireless earbuds so I can hear my music and get so much done. It was instilled in us growing up to keep your house clean as if you're always expecting company lol

    Nice to see that Bellway comes in capsules. For me, I look at cleaning as a way to move my body. I’m in a wheelchair so there’s a lot of reaching, bending & twisting involved, lol When there’s a will there’s a way❤️ Makes me feel good and the house gets clean💜

    I feel for ya Sweets. My baby days were over long ago so 17 years the baby factory was torn down. BOOM best thing that ever happened to me, but I have some serious issues that luckily wasn’t cancer. Dr thought it was at first. I said just get it out. He said he tugged on it a little without lasting it first and it came out in his hands. I said umm yeah did you think my problems were in my head????

    Day 3 for me so that was my yesterday sweet girl! Ugggga ugggaaa. You are doing so amazing! When I lose the majority of my weight I am going to transition towards where you are. I'm down 95lbs since last Oct 16th hoping to be down 5lbs this month to hit that 100lbs down in 1yr. I have some left! I only weigh on the 1st of the month that scale is the devil lol down 10pant sizes!

    Hey I have a question…is it bad to eat often because of spiking insulin? Coming from like the keto world and all of them saying it’s bad to frequently eat often…but also I know that eating often does help ur metabolism like ur doing…I mean obviously it’s working great for u but it just all confuses me lol

    Do you ever use the a 100 calorie English muffins I feel like I can have them more often just because the calorie count is a little bit lower love making English muffin sandwiches out of them I want it now but I bet the Maple ones are great
