'bones are full of marrow, marrow creates immune cells, therefore eating bones boosts your immune system' There is ABSOLUTELY NO ACTUAL SCIENCE THAT BACKS THAT STATEMENT UP. Eating brain products because they contain neurons doesn't make you any smarter. Eating potatoes because they have eyes doesn't make you able to see any better. Cooking denatures (permanently alters the structure, function, and properties of) the proteins in the carcass, including the marrow.
Nutrition IS very important, and i don't doubt that there is a lot of good nutrition in bone broth, however please be aware that you lose SO MUCH credibility when you make blatantly false statements like you do in this video.
lookking forward to your next info

Boiling turkey or chicken bones for stock or broth makes it cloudy. To get the best results, you should allow it to cook on a low simmer for 12-24 hours.
