    Nice dish Hiro, I think I've got you beat when it comes to ramen though. I can cook mine in the microwave in 90 seconds and it comes already plated(in a cup).

    To clean out a crawfish you soak it a heavy salt water bath for a few hours better for a hole day that’s how you actually get rid of the bad stuff on the inside

    Great soup base mix.

    Even better with basil and a peeled satsuma and/or fresh orange wedges tossed in at the last minute.

    you need to take out the intestines when they are alive. "chatrer les ecrevisses" is the french culinary word for it. also you can mix the heads and it'll give you even more flavor to your stock.
