If uyou are lazy about kneeding just use the food processor to kneed the dough. The oarathas come soft and awesome for me. In just few miniutes my dough is ready.

Ye 1993 ki baat hai .Ek baar mai school se ghar aayi bahut tej bhookh lagi thi kitchan mai kuch khaane ko nahi tha . Isliye bhookh ke kaaran maine aata guthane ki jagah liquid ghol banaya or tave per daal diya .muje laga ki ye roti ka taste degi lakin uska ek tukda khaa ker mujhe ulti aane waali thi .wo mujhe fekna pada .tab se aaj tak maine ise kabhi try karne ki himmat nahi hui.😢😂

Hey Ranveer.. I so agree with you.. But I have just come to a makeshift residence with very Ltd vessels and cooking equipment. I'm fed up of eating rice, bread, etc and with no chakla/belan I was looking for a liquid dough roti/Parathas. So I guess for such situations it works. Thanks for the recipe… Cheers
