Hi Deb, that was so fast. Less than 30 minutes to a home baked dessert! Great that William loves it! I haven’t made a dump cake in years. Of course we baked them back then. My grandmother’s portion didn’t have nuts, but we had walnut halves on the other portions. I hope you and William are well and beating the heat! Love, Sharon xo ❤️

That would be really good with a little homemade ice cream. Thanks for sharing this my great friend Deb. I have a small instant pot that my daughter got us for Christmas last December. I may have to invest in a large instant pot so I can try this along with other recipes that a large pot would work better.

First time I've seen a dump cake – looks scrumptious.
Only bake when have guests coz can finish off a whole cake in one day.
Tried freezing but still wake up in the middle of night and polish off the frozen cake😅😂

Hi Deb , I got to tell you this Instant Pot scares the heck out of me, you may not have jumped but I did when the steam started. That Teflon is unreal I have a bread pan made from it. Looks really good yum William want to eat your Dump cake girl hush :)) hugs

I make Dump Cakes all the time never in an InstantPot but they are so easy even in the oven too,William was funny get away so I can eat, it looked good Deb, thanks for sharing and May Happiness Follow You and William Always!
