I think I'd feel pretty deprived on this diet, as I can't eat a lot of the foods you've listed (apple cider and bananas, for example). I'm just facing starting treatment again after having been in remission for several years, and now have the added complication of having developed autoimmune diabetes. Feeling pretty depressed right now.

Heard daughter of Elaine who wrote SCD book, that most companies add 'stuff' to the juices (unless you can get a written letter from them that no other ingredients added). Have read great results on this diet. To make large batches of food so always have something to eat available. If start first plan (shopping , meals ) as well as can so is easier to keep on track.

How long does a person have to be on the intro diet? I usually have 5 diarrheas (sometimes 4) per day, and I am not sure whether that is a severe case or not. I do not have a book and I'm a bit confused about the intro. Thank you for the video 🙂

I tried the scd diet for about a year, 4 months not a single cheat. it stopped the bleeding but as a wieghtlifter, i always felt such low energy. after about 4 months progress really dipped off and i just felt bloated eating so much fiber to make up for the calories. Looking back i think i only healed on the intro diet because i barely ate anything

Actually I'm looking for help transitioning from one phase to the next (currently on phase 2 but not sure if I'm going too fast). Will you be doing a video on each phase?

I have the book on SCD by Elaine Gottschall, and I must say that in this video you did an awesome job of summarizing the beginning of the diet! I'm looking forward to seeing the next one…

You might be interested in Fresh Vegetable Juice because it has almost everything in it you need to live. Anything processed is free of enzymes and we need enzymes.

Thank you once again!! I'm looking forward to seeing your recipes and how to make yogurt and cheese. I'll be looking for organic raw milk to try it out. Maybe we can reintroduce some dairy into our diet. And I'm going to go make some finger jello. I haven't made any for awhile and the children love it. And with 100% fruit juice of course, no sugar added:). Have a great day! Thank you so much! PS. What about Dandyblend? That's my favorite 'coffee' but I'm dealing with liver gallbladder digestive issues and not what you are dealing with.
