I just had a catering job last weekend. 2 briskets and 4 pork shoulders.. one brisket was horrible, so before they had a chance to complain I just charged them for the pork and sides.. I’m too soft and nice I guess.. funny thing is, they said it was still good 😂🤦🏼♂️
