Love all your videos. Yesterday I found a weevil in my pancake mix. I have never heard of them before. Do you know about them. If so what do you do for them. Congratulations on your sweet little baby.
Just found your channel. Love it. I caught video where you said could eat salad for breakfast…. so can I. I thought I was the only one. Congratulations on the new little bundle.
Your tomato slicer will cut anything that fits in it. Tomatoes, cold cooked potatoes, eggs, pastry, fridge biscuits. If you confine it to one use you will quickly lose interest. Cakes looks yummy xx
Hi,can you let me know where you get that shelving racks you are putting your jars of potatoes in.I really like that because I’m one person and can put enough canning jars for me. So happy you have had your blessed baby boy.Enjoy watching your video’s.
If I babysit, will you reset my kitchen?Lol I need to do this badly. I bet it felt good to have that done. I got tired of hunting down my measuring cups, so I just ordered 1-cup measuring cups to keep in my bins. I hope it makes baking a bit easier.
Hey when you open containers it might be better to place the lid top side down so that you don't accidently contaminate what's inside the containers when you put the lids back on.
Our saying goes "It's all about the tool" Meaning whatever tool or gadget makes things more effecient or easier !! Nice organization. We have been in our home 7 months and still not as organized. My seeds are all started now combatting spider mites that I just ordered Neem Oil from Amazon to get delivered this afternoon. Of course our growing season is earlier than Y'alls. We also just ordered a portable greenhouse for our plantings to harden them off before we plant in our garden that we are also working and putting together.
I'm sitting here with my headphones in as I watch and my 17 year son walked up and looked and said are you watching Becky! LOL I don't know if that's good or bad 🤔😂
Put the coat bar just behind the broom and mop "hooky things" . But it is great the way it is!! You could alternatively put a few more hooks on the back of the door for company. I'd place the bench back a foot (so you can step in a little if you want. and swap the broom and mop. Broom is used more. Put a lidded trunk and shelf on back wall. (gloves and hats in baskets)
When it comes to potatoes I take 3 lbs of peeled potatoes cut up, salt and pressure cook in my instant pot for 5 min….let pressure go down then I drain if there is too much water….add butter and seasonings and mash. Fluffy cooked potatoes ready for dinner. Don’t put butter in it and you can dehydrate the mashed potatoes.
Using the instant pot ( I have an 8 qrt and a 12 qrt ) is great. The large one holds lots of chicken legs for making pulled chicken then put bones back in for good broth. It holds two whole chickens which I do all the time $1.29 lb for a two pack. I buy 10 lb roll of hamburger, sautéed it and drain. Ready to can or dehydrate. I don’t rinse my meat for canning, just drain well… Some people dont care for the dehydrated texture but I mix some breadcrumbs into mine like a chef suggested he does in his back packed dehydrated hamburger.
Becky I finally did it. I just ordered the square containers. I too have the round pickle jar containers where I keep my flour, sugar, etc. and let me tell you it’s a mess when I bake. I think it’s going to make my life a lot easier and less messy. 🤗 Thanks !
I think your little sun room would make do for a greenhouse til you get yours set up. Put a couple of your tables out there natural light by day grow lights by evening then off over night
You should put hooks on the door and then put the shoe rack on the wall you had the coats on. Then you can have a small shelves on the back wall for baskets for hats gloves and dog items. This will use all your space instead of wasting the extra space.
Hi Becky. I realized that I live close to you so I’m going to pay close attention and follow your lead for the garden. This is my 4th summer here and the last 2 growing seasons were interrupted by family emergencies. I’ve been very successful at tomatoes but less in other vegetables so really hoping to take some good tips from you to have a successful little back yard garden this year. Thank you for sharing your kitchen and garden with us.
Ok question for you? I ordered the 6 pack of buckets you linked on Amazon and I purchased the gamma lids at my winco. And I cannot get them to fit on. I thought the lids were universal. Is there a trick to get them on or did you buy special gamma lids for these buckets?
I live not too far from you and I’ve been getting all my organizational stuff at Grocery Outlet for super cheap. Like the same drawer inserts on Amazon was $25 and I paid $3.99. I highly recommend anyone in the PNW to check them out.
The correct word would be frugal. You choose to spend your money wisely so when you make a purchase it's and investment and you won't it worth what you paid for. Wise woman keep it up
With your homemade vanilla. Do you find you have vanilla bean flakes in yours. Mine has them and I don’t know if that’s ok or not? I just started making it in December.

id guess josh scratched his head as to why the shoe rack is in front of the door.

This was VERY motivational!! Ty so much for sharing how u do things, it really helps! U are such an inspiration!
The word you needed instead of "cheap" is frugal.
Coats on a “hanger” Brooms etc on the inside of door and shoerack pushed a little back so there’s room for the brooms
I'm sitting here with my headphones in as I watch and my 17 year son walked up and looked and said are you watching Becky! LOL I don't know if that's good or bad 🤔😂
That pepper corer is awesome. I use mine all the time when canning
FWIW cupcake liners store perfectly in wide mouth canning jars.
You mentioned painting and I was wondering if you ever picked a new color and had the inside of the house repainted?

Can you list the steps/ ingredients in making homemade vanilla please?
You should put the shoes rack against the wall..you can't use the closet with it in your way lol

BTW Becky Tabasco peppers can be very proliferative don’t start too many plants of those, two tops

I think a rail to hang coats across the back of the cupboard would be a good use of the space since the ceiling slopes
You should put hooks on the door and then put the shoe rack on the wall you had the coats on. Then you can have a small shelves on the back wall for baskets for hats gloves and dog items. This will use all your space instead of wasting the extra space.
Oh my goodness, how do you do it! I think that is the answer, you JUST DO IT! I admire you!
Baby is getting so big. Love seeing him grow
Can you link the square containers you showed and talked about
Omg I love that natasha orangr cranberry cake !!! You should try her almond lemon one.super fin to make and only like 4 ingredients
do you have to open up the vanilla pod to make vanillia?
Hi Becky. I realized that I live close to you so I’m going to pay close attention and follow your lead for the garden. I love watching your videos on cold winter days. You might want to watch Clutterbug for organizing tips and tricks. Have a great weekend

Both of your links are for Cranberry loaf
Hi Becky, fyi, both cake links are the same – orange cranberry
You’re not cheap. You’re “thrifty.”
Use the last hook for the shop broom!
❤️❤️❤️
Hi Becky, just an idea….but how about fixing your brooms to the inside of the door. This would leave room to put your coat rail.
I live not too far from you and I’ve been getting all my organizational stuff at Grocery Outlet for super cheap. Like the same drawer inserts on Amazon was $25 and I paid $3.99. I highly recommend anyone in the PNW to check them out.

I was always taught in cooking to use a glass (pyrex) for liquid measure NOT dry measure cups? Does it matter??? Thanks!
With your homemade vanilla. Do you find you have vanilla bean flakes in yours. Mine has them and I don’t know if that’s ok or not? I just started making it in December.
You can put a coat rack over your door
I feel like the baby's legs are getting the circulation pinched dangling like that.
you have a big area there, kitchen, dining room, living room, where you could definitely use that shop broom
