Fried rice is how I eliminate 40% of all my meat based leftovers. I made a ton of BBQ over the weekend. Everyone was sick of eating it by midweek so I diced up the leftover ribs, chicken, and pork, used some leftover rice, added onion, carrots, green onion, egg, cilantro, mung beans and gojujang—everyone was eating seconds.
Adobo is better when it's eaten the next day. In our household we cook it a day befire we eat it or even 2 days before we eat it. There are some Filipino dishes that tastes better when refrigerated over night. 😋🥰😍
What's something that's better the day after? 😮💨💤🍴

The longer the adobo is the more delicious it becomes because of the vinegar saying this because its in my culture ❤
