    RECIPE (3-4 servings, 20min prep time):
    -3 big leeks
    Cut in chunks.
    Fry on both sides in oil until charred.
    Broth:
    -1 Tbsp miso paste
    -2 cloves minced garlic
    -1 Tbsp syrup or sugar
    -juice of 1 lime
    -salt to taste
    -1/2 cup (125ml) water
    Mix and add to the leek.
    Cover with a lid and cook 5-10mins until soft.
    This is perfect as side dish to rice and tofu.
