So, so many quesadillas 😂 Nate is funny.
That glucose monitor looks very interesting. Looking forward to seeing what other foods do. The meatball pasta dinner looked delicious!
You should ask your doctor to Oder HgA1c blood test. It will tell you your average blood sugar for 3 months.
Are you diabetic??
Good luck!
super excited to watch with the glucose monitor the next couple of days! I have been thinking of one and can't wait to hear how you feel about it as you continue! such a smart idea that is able to help make real-time decisions.
I'm always fascinated with health stuff like this. 😊
This is a great 👍 way to keep your blood sugar in check ✔️ and seeing which foods might not be good for you.
You should test it with ice cream vs frozen yogurt or something like that to see how high that goes to give you a comparison. 😅
You should have your A1c checked. It should be under 7. And if you are concerned about diabetes really watch your carbs… I've had type 2 diabetes since 1994. Its great your doing this… Good luck!!!
The link to the quiz doesn't work
I'm a big BB fan ! Watching since S1 – This season is going to be soooo good
My husband is type 1 diabetic and takes 4 shots a day and is constantly checking his sugar. Our insurance won’t pay for those and it’s so expensive if we have to pay for it. He got to use something that his diabetic doctor had for 14 days but we couldn’t continue it. They sure help when he would go to low or too high.
I've been wearing the Nutrisense CGM for 3 months now and have learned a lot about the things I eat! It is quite an investment each month though. Wish insurance would cover it!
I just got back from attending a health & wellness summit in Orlando this past weekend, and almost every doctor or medical professional, who spoke recommended CGMs for everyone, not just T1 and T2 diabetics – for info on how our glucose responds to stress, sleep, exercise, food, etc. I'm excited to see your findings!
How much is the nutrisense.
It’s hard to believe it’s back to school time already. This summer like every summer flue by!
Good morning’
I mean this is in the most kindness way possible, but being that your a non diabetic you might not see trends like you want to just cause your sugars should already be in range no matter what you eat. Your body knows how to regulate your blood sugars to avoid those spikes. If the app comes with a dietician do they specialize in weight loss and a healthy life style or diabetes? I'm curious. My Mom has type 2 diabetes but also on a weight loss journey. I think me being type 1 diabetic my only worry is if people who are non diabetic start to use CGMs, it might make it hard for people who really need it medically cant get supplies or it causes a shortage of supplies.. /: But it looks like this company leans more towards just a healthier life style? I hope that your sugars stay within range the whole 2 weeks though. I personally have the dexcom cause I can't stand scanning. 😂
Goodmorning sweet friend!!
Good morning Jess, looking forward to seeing your results
Good morning
