Mash avacado with your meat masher or potato masher
We always drank from the hose when I was a kid. We hated going inside just to get a drink so we just cranked the hose on and went back to playing. All those rice dishes sounded so yummy!
Oh heck yeah drank from the hose layed on the cement to dry off, walked barefoot in the gutters, played out side till 9 or 10 at night on weekends

A lot of people say they're not a fan of mushrooms but then you make a dish with good quality mushrooms and the right flavors added, they are pleasantly surprise and like it. What they don't like is probably the white button mushrooms which can be kinda bland and their texture a bit weird. But there are other kinds like cremini, portobello, and shiitake that they should try before shutting down mushrooms altogether.

We call the broccoli rice dish Green Rice.
Sauted zucchini and mushrooms in butter, garlic, and a little salt make a great side dish.
