Awesome recipe Thank you Ive never tried the chicken with the red chile looks delish craving it now my mom makes it with green sauce my family likes it pretty hot Im the opposite if no peppers are added only spices Im perfectly content but going to request this recipe for this Navidad along with home made tamales. I think I just put on 5 lbs writing this lol. Greetings and blessings to all!
I am sorry for overthinking but I'm kind of thrown with all of the garlic.stuff… did she jjust throw the whole bulb of garlic in the water without peeling it?
This is super delicious! I made this during my grandma's birthday bash & the entire family loved it 🔥 Now it's always requested during our big family dinners [: Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I really appreciate it & God bless 💚

Could I use beef instead? Also, 8 cloves of what? Stated in the ingredients
I just made this and it's good but was missing 1 ingredient cause it need something and that was "Chicken Flavor Bouillon " if I would have added that it would have taste very good .

I've been dying to learn how to make this, pozole is life so good
This looks like it would be especially nice on a cold day!
I'm actually addicted to posole when my mom makes some
One of my favorite!!!!!
one thing you might do differently is to strain the red Chile perks pour so they won't stick in your teeth. If you buy it pre-made get the one that says sin pellejo.
This is simply delicious! It was my first time making it and I was very nervous, but.. It ended up amazing! Can't wait to make this again 🤗
If I'm not mistaken you never removed the whole glove of garlic from the broth, do you ever remove it? Or do you leave it within the soup? You added 10 gloves of garlic to the peppers while blending, was those the gloves from the chicken broth you made earlier? I'm just making sure…
gracias
If I want to make this with pork……..what kind, how much and boil it the same as the chicken? Thanks 🙂

its not a soup its a complete meal… im mexican and I prefer with chicken is more healthy and better to eat… with pasilla its more spicy, with chili ancho and guajillo (not spicy) its better, if you prefer spicy meals, then do it with arbol chili + pasilla or with chilaca chili
how much pork for the recipe instead of chicken
