For some reason I enjoy watching you girls eating. You remind me of my father eating, he made everything he ate look delicious. Thanks for the memory. Like you channel.

For us old white ladies, can you explain what each dish is and what’s the sauces are… like the Al Pastor, I have no clue about. You told us what it doesn’t have, but what did it have. Explain the green sauce. Is it tomatillo? Is that why it’s tangy?

I was so disappointed, when I realized you were in Texas and not in Denver. I’m in Denver and I was so excited to go to this place but alas, not to be☹️. Heard about a great tostada place in sw Denver, if your looking for good tostadas

You make me homesick. I'm from Corpus Christi but now I'm drooling for tacos in Austin. It's been so long since I had a real taco. There just isn't any place that I know of in East Texas that is real. It's all that slop of beans and rice and they don't know what a real taco even is. We had one place that was fairly authentic then new people took over and it's terrible.

It's a shame people don't get tripe these days, it's utterly delicious. It was one of the first foods my son was weaned on, easy to digest and very nourishing – and delicious. I'm half Italian and make Trippa a la Fiorentina regularly, it's one of those great comfort foods that transports you to a better place – but you either get it or you don't, and I feel sorry for those who don't they are missing out.

Yes! Mexican Coke is still made with cane sugar. Ten times better than American Coke.

PS Really enjoyed watching two beautiful Mexican-American women eat.
PPS More Claudia in front of the camera, please.

I love the dynamics between these two sisters! The cooking demonstrations are informative and easy to follow, but the love for each other and the food are greatly apparent. Job well done ladies!
