What an adorable house. Cant wait to see what you do with it.
A "jack and jill" bathroom is one that is located between two bedrooms. Both rooms share one bath
This is a "cheater" suite. I believe that is what they are called

Congrats!! As I said on IG my house is similar built in 1952!! I love our open spaces.and original hardwood floors. We have a big family too. We have that built-in ironing board as well. It's great and functional. I need to be recording our updates as we get to them as well. Enjoy y'all New to you 🏡 😊

An idea…you can take the closet doors and iron board down in the laundry room. Make new shelves. You can keep open shelves or make a long curtain rod across the opening with a curtain. It’ll utilize more space I think. Another idea… if you remove the mid wall trim throughout the house, the walls will look taller. It’ll be one tall uniform wall. Then add trim but not too thick.

I love it! I love seeing older houses and learning the history. I hate change though 😉 so I was certainly surprised to watch the other videos. Congratulations on the new adventure!!

Oh, I love it!!! I hope you will show us the basement…we don’t really have basements here, so I’m a bit obsessed 😆 So exciting, guys!!! P.s, I haven’t watched anything on YouTube for months – of course, your videos are what I came back to first xx

Your house is so new! Good luck with everything and I hope your new neighbors are going to be a lot better than the old ones you're leaving behind. We live in an 1810 house which is rather large, we have 8 fireplaces.

Congratulations! Love the house, and the green paint, etc. You might want to check under the linoleum in the kitchen to see if there's a wood floor. I did in my 1956 home. Love to y'all from Florida. 💜🎈💜🙏
