    We like Volpi brand meats. I haven't seen coppa in our Kansas area, but we buy prosciutto, salami, cappicola, and parma made by Volpi and Sons of St Louis, Missouri. I will try this pizza soon. It looked good, and you said it is, so here's a Thumbs Up!

    Your looking good! How much weight have you lost? The Keto King channell has a very low carb bread that is made with gluten, oat fibre and a little flax . It uses yeast too so the taste and texture is exactly like a regular bread. I think your hubby would like it. I saw he was complaining about the purple bread, lol! I know what he means.

    Good job! When I first made a Keto pizza crust I was amazed as to how you can gat a crust out of cream cheese and still call it a pizza crust but it worked. I’m going to try your recipe for the crust. I like your idea of the Italian seasoning in the crusts.My pizza crust calls for 1/4 C. parmesan cheese and 8 oz full fat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp blk. pepper and 1 tsp garlic powder. Thanks for sharing, 🥰
