I love your recipes! Your spinach pie is out of this world! Thank you !
How did you make the dough
Great job Dimitra! Looks yummy!
Is there a Greek specialty store in Houston?
Dimitra pls tell the temp in Celsius scale as well. And one more thing, Do we have to cut the phyllo in case of a conventional lining? Thank you very much. Elias.
Looks delish- I will try a vegetarian version with aubergine & mushrooms. Can I use olive oil on the phyllo pastry instead of butter ?
Γεια σου γλυκό κοριτσάκι με τις νοστιμιές σου μας εμπνέεις να μαγειρεύουμε
Merhaba Komsi….. In Turkiye we call it '' Kıymalı Börek ''

Hi there. Love greek food. I have been in Greece soo many times. My parents owned a apartment in Georgiopoli Crete. The food in greece is the best in the world if you ask me. Love from Sweden.🇸🇪❤🇬🇷( on my channel I share my recepie of tzatziki.)❤👍🇬🇷
The dish looks soooo delicious omg i could really eat that right now
Looks delicious! So it’s not necessary to brown the Meat before adding the tomato?
I will die believing Greeks invented Lasagna (or the basic meat/cheese/sauces between layers of dough) and also invented pizza. The silk road ended in Damascus, but Greece was the first stop, and they took all the spices and foods from the east and west and made magic happen.
TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I'm gonna try to make this I made the lentil sauce similar to the meat sauce if that will be ok. If you want to do the lamb filling which is called arnopita, be my guess I gotten so many bags of lentils from the pantry where I live and I figure I could use it to make lentil pie called Fakopita
Gonna try this very soon. Thanks ❣️
Love it as always
Wonderful! I love your mistake. It was so funny! 😆🌞
looks really good!!
😋😋😋 another winner. Look forward to making this … thank you
This looks amazing (I'm going to make this tonight) but I desperately want a video making arni exohiko!!!!!!!
Definitely do the recipe with the lamb. This looks amazing!
Hi Dimitri,
I really like the recipes you show us. Besides being delicious, you explain every step very well. My mom used to make the kreatopita with the lamb that you mentioned. I remember she would make her own filo dough,, 15 of them. It was our Vasilopita, we are from Epirus.I would like to see your version.
Delicious 😋
This looks outstanding!!
I love to mix my feta with cottage cheese bc my Yiayia did it like that. Pretty sure she did it to save money but I got to love the way it melts & tastes!
I LOVE the way u do the phyllo on top too!! It looks extra gorgeous & so delicious!
I am going to add everything you would use for a stuffed green pepper.
Onions, garlic, mushrooms, rice, diced tomatoes, and peppers, and cheese.
Thanks for the idea.
I may try a taco one next.
