    I made this while snowed in my apartment this week. Had to substitute the pork with ground turkey since it was all I had, but omg I think it was perfect. Every time I try a new Maangchi recipe, I say it is my favorite, but I think this once truly is. So hearty and delicious. Thank you!!

    I make this all the time with minced meat!!!! I looked for a couple of years to find that authentic taste of mapo tofu and when I made your recipe I finally could get it non stop without having to go to a restaurant <3 <3 tysm Maangchi. It's Authentic and so delicious

    I made this and it was absolutely FABULOUSO!!! I can't get enough of it. 🙂 I love that you give vegetarian options. I usually substitute the meats with Tofu. I cook the chicken/pork for the hubby. Need to convert him one of these days! lol
