OK I have to say you do the absolute most fantastic job of describing what something tastes like!! Everybody else will say stuff like oh Yum this is so good but so good is a subjective statement. What may be so good to that person may not be that good to me. You describe the texture the flavor etc. etc.! And,You’re so cute I just wanted to pinch your cheeks! The ones on your face! Of course cause I’m not that kind of girl!
Alternative crust idea:
Finely chopped pecans w/ cinnamon w/ butter. And toasted coconut and granulated sweetener in the crust…NO BAKE ditch the almond flour.

Just made this for a party but i doubled recipe and put it a 6 inch springform. And I added some unsweetened coconut flakes i roasted for a lime n the coconut… Hope it turns out good

Genius idea for the crust
Again love your energy. I made a keto cheesecake… And well.it was good… And not… I just couldn't get pass the stevia after taste😳😞. But son loved it. I love Key Lime pie so the cheesecake version probably delicious. I need Swerve
