I just want to say that I made this cake for a client of mine who has strict dietary restrictions as I am private chef and they were absolutely blown away. Turned out amazing, thank you for the recipe!

Really nice video! Really good shots capturing the ingredients. I have never tried dates. Are they really as good as people say as a sugar replacement? The end result looks phenomenal!

Great cake recipe! I new it would be a sweet tasting cake as soon as I saw the banana and dates! Pairing this with walnuts was delicious really smart because it balances the sweetness and adds a savory nut to the cake. Iโ€™ve never used millet in a cake before so thanks for this recipe Iโ€™ll be trying it out! New friend here.

That cake looks super yummy!! I loved the way you edited your video when you were adding the banana to your cake with the stop motion pops between each additional banana slice, thatโ€™s great filmmaking right there. โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ

The cake is so smooth and looks like it'll melt in your mouth! I've never baked with millet, so this is a foreign concept to me. So interesting that you can puree a grain and use it for cake!

Also: am I the only one who noticed the cake tin measurements comment?! LOLOL

I've never seen a shaker of vanilla before..only ever seen liquid or the stick. I love so many of these ingredients..bananas, maple syrup…mmm Great idea to add some of the canned coconut milk water to the melted chocolate. Looked so pretty with the coconut flakes on top. This cake looks AMAZING and delicious!!
