    Great job Joanie. I like to remind myself, it's a journey, not a test. Lately, I've been doing more "low carb" than keto, eating around 80 total carbs, and around 40-50 net carbs. That is still al really low net carb amount and right now. I'm just giving myself the time to do that and then when I'm ready, I'll get back to keto/carnivore. Maybe after the the New Year. We are on a lifestyle change, not a diet.

    Yay I'm so proud of u… I started bk this week as well after going back to watching keto videos. But u stopped ur period because ur back in ketosis and leaving the bad carbs off. I believe that anyway. Thats what mine did. Keep it up ur doing awesome

    Your doing great keto is for most of us a lifestyle not a diet and as in life we’ll always have bumps on the road here and there but that’s ok, i can’t believe this January I’ll have been keto for 7 years started it because of health problems, I can honestly say I feel better now then I did 7 years ago even with all those bumps in the road. 👍❤️🎄✌️
