I prepped my pan by greasing it with coconut oil. I also used a piece of parchment paper for the bottom of the pan and greased it too. Crust: 1 cup of nut flour.

The crust needs to be baked first. The Instant Pot will not do that…it will be like a raw cookie dough. Use ground almonds or walnuts for a crust…not nut flour. Two cups ground nuts to 5 Tbls. butter.
