We made this for dinner last night with tomato basil soup–we have lots of tomatoes and basil in the garden and so used fresh basil instead of the parsley—so delicious, thank you for such a great recipe!

Though I would like to try this too as a pizza base…yum yum with all that garlic oil infused. Fan,.do you think I should pre cook the base, then add the toppings? That Z-gum makes it taste like crap, its slimy in your mouth. Just use ground flax seed and water, oil and some salt to make the flat bread.
