This was absolutely delicious. My husband and I started a keto lifestyle about 2 weeks ago and we absolutely devoured this. I added cayenne pepper, MSG, 4 tsp. Splenda so the sauce wouldn't be sour, a lil more spinach, and some pepper. Fabulous. Thank you.

Just watched this recipe and my only concern is the heart of palm noodles. Have never heard of them. What is their consistency like? Anything like shiratake noodles? uuugh

Your recipes & tips have helped me very much on my keto journey. I am still new at this but was glad to find your channel. The only thing about this video that wigs me out is the consistent use of masher. I have one, love it, use it constantly. It touches raw meat, so once I am able to separate it & things brown & put to be washed & switch to a clean utensil. I am just afraid of raw meat having anything in it.

I like to add a small tin of roughly chopped anchovy fillets (6-8?) instead of salt and a generous slug of sweet or dry vermouth in the moments after the garlic paste but before the pulped tomatoes go in to release any color caught on the bottom of the skillet from the ground beef. Never kept it all in one pan though – will try this next time I make the dish. Many thanks!

I like your recipes but for your lasagna made with palm noodles I highly recommend changing the noodles to anything other than palm tree products. Palm tree products are causing orangutans forests to be replaced with palm trees. The orangutan population is at high risk of going extinct.

This looks scrumptious! Can anyone tell me where the Hearts of Palm noodles would be in a supermarket? With canned veggies? I've never even heard of them before!

I finally made this n wish I hadn't waited so long!! It's delicious. I didn't have ricotta cheese so I substituted Mexican Fresca cheese. If it tastes this good today I can't wait to see what it's going to taste like tomorrow! And I have to say I love that it's all made in one pan and made so quickly. Please keep those recipes coming.

Interesting. You find spinach has a neutral flavor, I've never liked it bc its far from neutral to my palate. I've often wondered how individual taste buds pick up on tastes (ie, Cilantro, love or hate) ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ„

I just made this but the longer version. I put it all in a casserole dish and layered ricotta and mozzarella then topped with Asiago and parmesan. Bake for 15-20 min. Also buttered toast using Keto bread from Aldi and found the hearts of palm noodles at Kroger in the "health" food isle.. All I can say is thank you cause lasagna has always been my favorite dish.
