Nice! I'm going to do the sketti squash again. I did that thing where I caught a virus and got sick, but then ate sketti squash and now I have this aversion to it. I hate that. I think I'm past it though.

Another excellent recipe. I made this tonight and it was delicious! I have never even had spaghetti squash before. Nice to know I can still have spaghetti when I want it. Love your channel, Mayra ❤️

I’ve been using this spaghetti squash for years. Isn’t it great; and the husband and kids cant tell the difference. They eat up!
Baking the squash is healthier, but in a rush I microwave on safe plate or strong paper plate half the squash at a time face down in a 1/4 c of water covered w plastic wrap for 7-10 min. Do this twice for both halves. Cool to handle and “Rake” with fork to “make” spaghetti!
    Quite fun and healthier!

This is the best spaghetti I have ever tasted, even better than regular homemade that I have missed for so long. This is officially my go to staple for spaghetti in my house from this day forward. Myra I hope you never stop inventing new keto recipes. I would literally lose my mind if You ever stopped!!!
Thank you for your awesome recipes!
