    Hi what u said is correct only u can understand ur body better n deal with it. Was always on healthy side since childhood n joined gym n I was always tired inspite of all nutritionist advice n food control later on developed severe peptic ulcer that was on dangerous side. I developed food allergies too. Six months I maintained a diary of what food caused me problems etc n joined for yoga teachers training wherein I required no guidance. I designed my own exercise program n became my own nutritionist . Now am fit . It took 1 1/2 years but remained consistent. N as u said we can’t give proof the only proof is what you feel n it can’t be shown.

    I feel it is very important to teach kids the importance of listening to their body and serving them healthy food from childhood . Calorie toxicity is the crux of every metabolic disorder . There is no point if we don’t imbibe that in children . Teenagers with abdominal fat grow up to be adults with fatty liver . Having a healthy relationship with food and listen to leptin and ghrelin balance should be taught to kids . Everything in moderation .

    We also have two cars , one sedan and one crv am confident with my sedan but my hus always ask me to drive crv and does the same kind of driving class😂 when i saw ur video i was laughing ( i know how u feel)
