I made this and loved it. But it didn’t love me. I’ve had bad reflux lately and started journaling foods I’ve ate when I had it worse or at all. Dairy. Of all things one can’t eat on keto whyyyy dairy😢. So sad because I’ve made mock potatoes with cauliflower many times and this recipe was by far the best tasting ever.
