    Yes!!! Keto reubens are one of my faves! I've always just put the corned beef flat on a paper plate or parchment and laid swiss cheese on top then either placed it in a skillet to warm and melt or put in the microwave for a few seconds. Remove to plate, add sauerkraut and roll up. Dip in dressing (mine is similar). I like the idea of a "holder" though, so I'm going to give this a shot but with lettuce (unwilted 😂) because I don't like cabbage. I like sauerkraut, but not cabbage. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Thanks!
