Have loved watching your videos and catching up with all of them! I unfortunately am working when the live ones come on but I always get to see them later! I started watching my diet during Covid lockdown last year so I already lost 30 then but this year I started Keto, admittedly not perfectly, but I am trying, and have lost another 30 on keto! More importantly my glucose has been registering in the 90s and 80s so thats the best thing…I am prediabetic.
