I enjoyed watching the video for the Doro Wat. Thanks for sharing a new recipe and the story behind your discovery of it. If I had one bit of feedback it would be to make an effort to minimize the cross contanimation of surfaces when touching raw chicken. A pair of tongs would easily remedy this and keep your hands clean.

Love your videos! You make it look so easy and cooking with your kids is great! For the instant pot, there should be a cancel button on the control pad (usually red printing) so you don't have to unplug it. I have most of your cookbooks and just got your ebook package last week. Woo!
