I make/hard boil a dozen of eggs in the Instant Pot in 6 mins for a soft yolk like ones you made in this video, 7 minutes for a firm cooked yolk.

Great idea! I have some boiled eggs in the fridge and getting sauce I bought at the Mex Store. (I like to boil btwn 6-12 eggs every few days…quick meal for on the go and Single Moms lol) I'm all about that simple life. Blessings. Gonna hv eggs just about now! 😅
My husband and I love them this way! And he also eats them cut up in mexican rice on a tortilla (with the salsa too of course).
