OMG so mouthwatering, can't believe I fell asleep watching this last night, (very late here in UK when I spotted the notification)…..but first thing this morning I re-ran the video!! Made me want to run to the kitchen & make this for breakfast LOL, especially as I was thrilled you've replied to others' questions regarding using frozen fish; but I'm currently following your Keto 101 beginners series so it was eggs, bacon & lovely homemade guacamole for me. Anyway it's over to the blog for me to note the recipe, especially the items I've never heard of here (luckily nearby there are a few small Asian stores where hopefully I can grab what I need or suitable alternative); ready to try this out at a later date.
