Check the sugar grams…they differ quite a bit with peanut butter..

Look for a Costco item in the frig section called "Protein Noodles". Awesome, 9 gram carb per serving, made from fish, so you can have a big plate of Fettuccine Alfredo if you want.

I bought the Protein bars, disappointed because they spiked my blood sugar from 89 to 136. The net fiber concept fails on these, because they have IMO like FiberYum.
Bison is very lean compared to beef… But… Tasty.
Up here in Canada,🇨🇦,,,, Costco is much more expensive than down south of the border unfortunately.. That being said, there still are some good deals.

I don't believe the organic ground beef there is GRASS fed. It's just organic. Just FYI 😉 Please correct me if I'm wrong, but last time I checked the label there was no mention of it being grass fed …so I buy my beef at other places.

Hi Kim, Bison meat is leaner than ground beef. The texture is a little stringier and the meat is redder in color. The taste is very similar to beef. The only down side is the price.
I put things in the suggestion box all the time @ Costco. Carb friendly tortillas is something I wish they would get. Make your own jerky from gr. turkey, you can season it without the high carbs.
i really like when you do these. next video can you add serving size, fat grams (as you did on this one) sodium and if there is any potassium?
Kite Hill makes an almond milk unsweetened yogurt with 1 gram of carb. I think they sell it at whole foods. I don't know if they have whole foods near you.
I've heard the Kirkland protein bars are good. Did you try them? If so, did you like them.
